Chef Brianne Doyle will serve as one of the instructors for Lewiston Adult Education’s culinary program this summer.

Aspiring chefs and people looking to improve accounting skills have options to consider thanks to Lewiston Adult Education’s summer workforce training classes.

The Culinary Arts Certificate program will begin on July 6 at the Green Ladle. Chef Dan Caron, Pastry Chef Becca Levesque and Pastry Chef Brianne Doyle will teach lessons from knife skills to desserts that are designed to prepare students for work in restaurants and other food services. The preparation will include six or more hours working as interns at catering events.

Greg Yates will teach a number of classes related to the accounting software Quickbooks. Students interested in learning more about accounting software can take the Essentials of Quickbooks Bootcamp or Special Topics in Quickbooks classes.
